Immigration Court

We have significant experience defending clients against removal and deportation in Immigration Court by applying for asylum, withholding of removal, waivers, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, prosecutorial discretion and more.

Family Petitions

We help U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents file petitions for their family members to get status in the United States. Whether the family member is already in the U.S. and eligible for adjustment of status or will be applying abroad through consular processing, we have experience guiding clients through each step of the process from start to finish.

Citizenship/Naturalization

We assist clients with becoming U.S. citizens by preparing all applications and supporting documents, preparing clients for the exam and accompanying them to the interview with USCIS.
